What is Notified Public Service?

Under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Public Services Act, 2014, β€œNotified Public Service” means a service declared by the Government through notification in the official Gazette, for which every citizen shall have the right to obtain within the stipulated time frame. The Transport Department has notified 12+ key citizen-facing services. Any delay or denial can be challenged before the Provincial Public Services Commission.

How to file Online Complaint?

Citizens can lodge online complaints directly through the Right to Public Services Commission Online Complaints Portal (link above). You may also submit a written application at the commission's secretariat. The commission ensures designated officers are held accountable for service lapses. Appeal timeline: 30 days.
