DRIVING LICENSE
Requirements of LTV/HTV Learner Permit
• Valid CNIC (Min 21 Year age)
• Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner).
• Applicant has to visit in person to the License branch
• Personal data entry along with picture
• Learner will be issued which will mature in 45 days.
ISSUENCE OF PERMANENT LICENSE
• After 45 days of issuance of learner the applicant has to visit again Driving License Branch
• Valid CNIC
• Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner).
• Submission of Fee
• Computerized Road Sign Test
• Road Driving Test
• An applicant can collect Driving License with (03) days.
CONVERSION OF DRIVING LICENSE
• Valid CNIC• Previous Driving License (LTV /HTV + PSV) in Original
• NOC from the authority who issued the driving license.
• Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner).
DUPLICATE DRIVING LICENSE
• Valid CNIC• Roznamcha Report from Police Station.
• Affidavit
ENDORSEMENT OF DRIVING LICENSE
• Previous Driving License• Valid CNIC
• Issuance of Learner permit . • Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner).
INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT
•Valid Driving License• Valid CNIC
• Valid Passport
• Valid Visa
• Fee Voucher of Rs. 5300, for an International Driving License card (validity 1 Year).
